Open Documents To Go – Double-click on your desktop computer 2. Add a file to Documents To Go Click the Add Item Button and simply browse to select the file you want to add.       3. Push the HotSync® Button and your files will be transferred to your Palm handheld   On Your Handheld 1. Open Your Files Tap the Documents To Go icon to launch the application     See the list of files you have synchronized   Tap the name of the document you wish to use - the appropriate application will launch automatically and display the document. 2. Edit Your Files Word Processing Files Use familiar commands such as cut, copy, paste and more. Character formatting such as bold, italics, underlines and multiple text sizes.
